  • Job Description:
  • Assist participants through the NDIS journey by facilitating scheme access, plan development, and implementation of funded supports.
  • Help participants build confidence, independence, and informal support networks.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery in line with performance targets.
  • Build partnerships with local organisations and promote inclusion through grassroots engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: Community services, social work, or similar settings.
  • Understanding: NDIS participant pathway and planning processes.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Qualifications: Community services, disability, social work, or related field (desirable).
