About the Role

Support individuals with varying disabilities to live life on their own terms.

This role involves providing direct care and support to enable clients to participate fully in daily life.

The successful candidate will assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks, as well as supporting clients in accessing community resources and engaging in wellbeing activities.

Responsibilities
  • Care Provision
    • Provide individualized care and support to clients with varying disabilities
    • Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
  • Community Support
    • Support clients in accessing community resources and services
    • Facilitate social inclusion and engagement in wellbeing activities
  • Documentation and Progress Monitoring
    • Monitor and document client progress and care provided
Requirements
  • A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness and eligibility to obtain prior to commencement
  • Ability to work a full shift pattern, including mornings, evenings, and sleepovers
  • Valid unrestricted driver's licence
  • Experience supporting people with disabilities in community or residential settings
  • Background in related support fields such as mental health, aged care etc.
