Risk Management Specialist

GGB - Global is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Insurance Broker. As a key member of our global brokerage team, you will play a critical role in servicing and growing our client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and compile new business quotes and renewals, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clients and stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist in account management, including debtor management and ensuring accurate documentation and policies for external and internal clients.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal business processes and cost efficiencies, collaborating with the Gallagher Service Centre to implement changes.
- Gather relevant client information and provide assistance to brokers, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Ensure 100% accuracy of documentation and policies, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed of industry trends through internal and external training sessions, seminars, and other professional development opportunities.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the Insurance or Financial Services industry.
- Tier 1 or 2 qualification.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent administration skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to client service excellence.
