Key Responsibilities
  • Advocate for individuals who require support in navigating complex rehabilitation plans
  • Deliver counseling and guidance to help individuals adapt to sudden changes in their career goals and circumstances
  • Conduct assessments to inform the development of personalized return-to-work plans
  • Collaborate with treatment providers to ensure optimal recovery outcomes for clients
  • Develop and implement graduated return-to-work plans in consultation with medical professionals
  • Manage complex psychological issues and liaise with treating health professionals as needed
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology, with registration with AHPRA or ASORC
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and support to clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Passion for helping individuals navigate complex rehabilitation plans and achieve their goals
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
