Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee our toddler room, providing exceptional care and education to children aged 12 months to 2 years. As a respected figure in the team, you will be responsible for monitoring, recording, and evaluating children's learning and development, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education.
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate routines that cater to each child's needs.
  • Monitor and record children's progress, identifying areas for improvement.


Requirements:
You must possess:
  • A minimum Diploma of Children's Services.
  • A current and valid Working with Children's Check (Victoria).
  • A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Current Senior First Aid, CPR & Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication.
