Early Childhood Educator Role

The Oak Park centre is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our Toddler Two environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a passion for delivering high-quality care, and the ability to empower children as independent learners.

We operate from 7am to 6:30pm, boasting natural play environments, open-plan rooms, and abundant learning resources. Our team is committed to providing a fun and rewarding environment where we encourage you to grow and succeed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging programs that promote children's curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness.
  • Nurture relationships with families and the local community through effective communication and building trust.
  • Lead a team of educators, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA approved equivalent.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Proficiency in EYLF and National Quality Standards.
  • Australian Working Rights.
