Senior Educator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to lead our Toddler room at Goodstart Taylors Hill. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional educational programs, leading a team of dedicated Educators, and collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the needs of all children in the Toddler room
  • Lead and manage a team of Educators to deliver high-quality care and education to children
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Ensure the safety and inclusivity of every learning experience

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current VIC Working with Children Check
