Overview of the Role

Job Title: Outstanding Education Leader for OSHC Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced educator to lead our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) service. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Education and have extensive experience in OSHC or a similar field.

About the Job

This leadership role requires a professional who can foster a positive and inclusive environment, maintaining strong relationships with children, families, and school staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging and educational programs for children, working collaboratively with a supportive team of professionals to achieve the best outcomes for our service.

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the OSHC service
  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain high standards of education and care for children

The Service Leader will also have opportunities to participate in Leadership Days, where they can network and engage in professional development, as well as contribute to councils such as Quality, Safety, and Leadership.
