Outstanding Education Leader

As a OSHC Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading your own service and supporting local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
- Develop engaging programs using industry leading programming tools.
- Build strong relationships with the school community and parents.
- Roster staff with support from the Area Manager.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with staff, parents and the wider school community.
- Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential.
