Leader in Early Childhood Education

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to join our team as a Second in Charge (2IC) in an Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service.

This permanent, part-time opportunity offers hands-on experience in the OSHC industry and is perfect for someone looking to grow their leadership skills and make a meaningful impact on the children, parents, and team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with the school community, attending events and assemblies, and assisting with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program. You'll also have the opportunity to foster genuine relationships with children and their families, while supporting the Director of Service in ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of educators and support staff to deliver high-quality care and education to children
  • Assist the Director of Service in managing the day-to-day operations of the OSHC service
  • Develop and implement programs that cater to the diverse needs of children and their families
