Job Opportunity: Oshc Mentor Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality program experiences, working collaboratively with the wider region and Area Manager to achieve team outcomes, and supporting and guiding their team of educators.

  • Program Planning and Execution: Develop and implement effective program plans that meet the needs of children, families, and staff.
  • Team Leadership and Support: Provide guidance and support to your team of educators, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Community Engagement and Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with the school community, creating a positive reputation for our organization.
  • Collaboration with the Wider Region and Area Manager: Work closely with the wider region and Area Manager to achieve shared goals and objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in the childcare industry (ideal but not essential): A proven track record of delivering high-quality programs and services.
  • Working towards or willing to enrol in an approved Diploma Level qualification: Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Completed a Diploma level qualification: Demonstrated expertise and knowledge in early childhood education and care.
