Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business resilience strategy efforts. As the Business Resilience Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to ensure the organization's ability to anticipate, withstand, and recover from disruptions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of post-trade equities infrastructure, including trade, clearing, settlement, and subregister functions. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify critical business services, assess their tolerance levels, and develop plans to mitigate potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business resilience strategies
  • Identify and document critical business services
  • Assess criticality and tolerance levels
  • Design and implement recovery and continuity plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop governance structures and reporting mechanisms

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in business resilience or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Nice to Have Skills:

Regulatory knowledge: understanding of relevant standardsSimulation and testing coordination: experience in designing and running resilience simulationsProgram and change management: experience in managing change initiatives
