Senior Manager, Resilience - InnovativeFintech

Hybrid Working - 2 days in the office

Our client, a dynamic fintech, is seeking a Manager, Resilience & Business Continuity to serve as the subject matter expert on all aspects of Business Resilience and Business Continuity. This high-impact role will lead the development and oversight of resilience strategies, ensuring the organisation's ability to effectively respond to and recover from disruptions.

About the Role

As the Senior Manager, Resilience, you will design and implement robust resilience and business continuity frameworks, ensuring they meet regulatory and industry best practices. Unlike broader risk or compliance roles, this position requires deep expertise in business resilience, making it ideal for specialists rather than generalists from operational, compliance, or technology risk backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities


•Develop and execute resilience and business continuity strategies aligned with business objectives.


•Conduct business impact assessments to identify critical functions and resources.


•Lead the development, testing, and maintenance of business continuity and crisis management plans.


•Oversee third-party resilience risk, ensuring critical service providers meet rigorous continuity standards.


•Conduct incident response planning and post-event analysis to enhance organisational preparedness.


•Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory expectations, embedding continuous improvement into resilience practices.

About You


•8+ years of experience in Business Resilience, Business Continuity, or Crisis Management.


•Proven track record in developing and implementing resilience frameworks.


•Strong expertise in business continuity planning, testing, and crisis response.


•Experience managing third-party resilience risk and working with external providers.


•Exceptional stakeholder engagement and leadership skills in high-pressure environments.


•Strong preference for candidates who have developed Business Resilience and Business Continuity experience from a Professional Services Consulting firm.
