About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting injured workers through their rehabilitation journey, providing clinical opinions and justification to insurers, and educating workplaces on how to prevent workplace injuries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing injured workers to determine the best way to help them get back to work.
  • Visiting workplaces to gain an understanding of what challenges an injured worker may face.
  • Providing clinical opinions and justification to insurers through report writing.
  • Educating workplaces on how to prevent workplace injuries.
  • Case managing complex injuries and liaising with treating doctors and health professionals.
Requirements
  • AHPRA or ESSA registration and tertiary degree.
  • A commitment to being the best, with a passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and workplaces.
  • A willingness to bring new ideas and perspectives to the table, with a focus on innovation and excellence.
