About the Role

As a Rehabilitation Consultant at Rehab Management, you will play a vital role in empowering the lives of our clients and customers through the delivery of person-centered, quality-oriented rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored rehabilitation plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide evidence-based workplace rehabilitation and health solutions.
  • Support clients in navigating complex rehabilitation plans and achieving their fullest potential.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, employers, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing professional development and training.

Requirements
  • AHPRA registration and a tertiary degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • A passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans and achieve their goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
