About the Role

We are seeking a talented Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Rehab Management.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Conduct assessments to develop personalized rehabilitation plans
  • Work with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal recovery outcomes
  • Develop and implement graduated return-to-work plans

What You Need

  • Tertiary qualifications in Rehab Counselling or Psychology and registration with AHPRA or ASORC
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
