Job Title: Rehabilitation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients through their rehabilitation journey, providing expert guidance and advocacy to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct occupational therapy assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless rehabilitation and return to work.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective rehabilitation strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to rehabilitation plans as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure ongoing support and advocacy.
Requirements:
  • AHPRA registration and tertiary degree in occupational therapy or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in occupational rehabilitation, with a strong understanding of rehabilitation principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services.
  • Current Australian driver's license and satisfactory police check.
