Supply Chain Integration Manager

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our supply chain capabilities, ensuring seamless operations across teams, systems and technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • To design, implement and manage scalable, high-performance solutions using industry-standard technologies.
  • Lead integration efforts to ensure smooth transactions across teams, systems and technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that align with business goals.
  • Define and continuously update the architecture to support evolving business objectives.
  • Monitor and minimize technical defects to maintain scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with the Supply Chain team and across the broader business.
  • Plan and analyze capabilities to ensure the development and delivery of cost-effective, supportable products.
  • Provide expertise in logistics to ensure system designs meet performance requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the supporting infrastructure for better efficiency, cost savings and safety.
  • Offer engineering support for distribution centre operations, including inventory control, facility layout, flow optimization and data analysis.
  • Use logistics modelling tools to design efficient warehouse, transportation and supply chain solutions for proposals and ongoing operations.
  • Participate in the implementation and integration of decision-support systems at logistics sites.
  • Provide logistical technology support to internal teams and stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Manage transportation of raw materials and finished goods, vendor selection, negotiations and inventory control.
  • Develop logistics plans to improve the distribution of goods and supplies.

About You:

  • You will be an experienced leader within a DC environment with a support/operations background.
  • You will have a strong Lean or Continuous improvement background.
  • You will have exposure to systems such as WMS, ERP and/or core platform.
  • You will have high analytical and problem-solving experience within an automated environment.
  • You will have strong systems and inventory understanding with a DC environment.
  • You will have demonstrated ability to work with new automated technology and systems.
  • You will have proven change and project management skills.
  • You will have experience in DC diligence, with experience conducting projects desirable.
  • Supply Chain tertiary qualifications are highly desired.
  • You will have 5 years' experience as a Solution Architect or similar Supply Chain role.
