Job Title: Strategic Financial Professional

About the Role:

This strategic financial professional will play a key role in supporting the delivery of accurate and timely financial information to drive business decision-making.

The role will collaborate closely with both operational teams and corporate functions to provide budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Strong relationships will be built with stakeholders, adding value through insightful financial analysis, and supporting the achievement of business objectives.

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Economics is essential
  • CPA or CA qualified (or actively working towards) is required
  • 3–5 years' experience in management accounting, finance business partnering, or business analysis is necessary
  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis are essential
  • Advanced MS Excel and ERP system proficiency (PRONTO desirable) is required; exposure to Power BI is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to partner effectively at both operational and corporate levels
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
