As the commercial engine of the finance team, this role is all about looking forward. Leading SAPN's budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning, you'll provide the financial insights and performance analysis that drive smarter decisions and sharper outcomes. Reporting to the CFO, you'll play a key role in capital planning, scenario modelling and strategic resource allocation, ensuring every dollar is working toward the organisation's goals. This is a high-impact, future-focused position that partners closely with business leaders and shareholders alike, shaping performance conversations, challenging assumptions and guiding investment decisions. With access to new platforms like Workday Adaptive Planning and a strong focus on data analytics and insight, you'll elevate the finance business partnering function and embed a culture of commercial acumen, accountability and forward-thinking performance.

You are a commercially astute and analytically sharp finance executive, with relevant qualifications to match. You've led high-performing FP&A, Commercial or Finance Business Partnering teams in large, complex organisations, and know how to turn numbers into insights and insights into action. Ideally, you bring experience from a regulated environment or an adjacent industry such as energy, utilities or infrastructure, where strategic foresight and disciplined planning are essential. You're proactive and have the confidence to challenge, influence and guide key decisions. Experienced in engaging at Board level and with external stakeholders, you bring credibility, clarity and commercial thinking to high-stakes conversations. Comfortable working at pace and in ambiguity, you're a trusted advisor to senior executives, capable of shaping enterprise-wide performance and delivering impact.
