We are seeking a visionary Marketing and Member Experience Leader to drive business growth through strategic marketing initiatives and member-centric solutions.

This role is critical in shaping our brand identity, developing compelling marketing campaigns, and enhancing the overall member experience. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of marketing principles, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Branding, or Customer Experience.
  • 5 years' experience working in a marketing leadership role with direct reports.
  • Proven expertise in developing and delivering member engagement and experience initiatives within a superannuation entity environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage entire marketing processes from planning to analysis and evaluation.
  • Ability to work under broad direction, identify priorities, and plan work schedules.
