Executive General Manager - Technology Role Overview

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and implementing the technology strategy, ensuring ART can deliver products and services to its members. Key accountabilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive technology strategy and roadmap aligned with ART's purpose.
  • Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Working closely with business leaders to understand business needs and ensure technology solutions support ART's activities.
  • Overseeing technology infrastructure to ensure secure, resilient, stable systems that are scalable and embrace new technologies.
  • Inspiring and leading high-performing teams by fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in a senior technology leadership role in a large, complex organisation.
  • Proven innovator with a history of successful technology strategy and implementation experience.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Technology or a related field.
  • Deep expertise in software development, IT Operations, Infrastructure management, Information Security, and IT architecture.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to drive execution.

Compensation Package

The salary for this role is around $220,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and location. In addition to your base salary, you will receive a competitive benefits package, including superannuation, paid annual leave, and other entitlements.
