We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Professional to join our dynamic team as an Associate in Perpetual Private. This exciting opportunity allows you to be part of a leading financial services provider, offering a unique mix of wealth management, advice, and trustee services to individuals, families, businesses, not-for-profit organisations, and Indigenous communities throughout Australia.

About the Role

  • You will work closely with Financial Advisers to deliver a highly personal and compelling client experience, attending and actively participating in client meetings.
  • You will arrange and coordinate documentation for client meetings, oversee the preparation of annual review and new business plans, and undertake insurance needs analysis and preparation of insurance quotes.
  • You will also manage workflow to deliver to client needs, maintain an understanding of operational processes for other teams, and monitor client accounts and team dashboards.

About You

  • You should have minimum 2-3 years' experience in paraplanning or related financial services experience, with a working knowledge of investments and advice strategies, including superannuation consolidation, retirement, personal insurance, structures, taxation, income streams, and cash flow modelling.
  • Xplan experience is desirable, as well as experience in a client-facing role.

Salary and Remuneration

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
