We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Category Leader to oversee the strategic direction and growth of our Automotive Specialist Product Categories.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with a proven track record in merchandising or product management.

This is a challenging role requiring strong business acumen, vision, and the ability to drive results through effective team leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and results within a high-performing merchandising team
  • Partner with marketing, operations, digital, and finance to align product strategy with customer experience
  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and the competitive landscape to inform product decisions
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximise margin and delivery performance
