We are seeking a skilled Category Insights professional to play a vital role in supporting our commercial strategy and planning process. This dynamic individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data to inform the development and delivery of our commercial strategy and plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer priorities.
  • Develop insights to share with senior leaders and stakeholders, influencing key decisions and driving business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling range reviews and joint business plans, driving improvement for our brands in-store.
  • Support the macro diagnostic of our performance in the trade, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted solutions.
  • Contribute to the annual sales planning process, integrating sales and revenue management initiatives into our commercial plans.
About You:
  • Degree qualified in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1-2 years FMCG industry experience in a category, trade marketing, sales or marketing role, or within a data insights organization.
    • Experience working with data sources such as IRI/Nielsen/IQVIA/Quantium/Circana preferred.
  • Skilled in creating insights from various data sets, visualizing data and communicating complex information effectively.
  • Commercial and financial acumen, with advanced analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex situations, challenge the status quo and drive results-oriented solutions.
  • Self-reliant, decisive and resilient, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
