Property Development Graduate

The department is seeking up to six Graduate Valuers to join the team. This team values every parcel of land in NSW and provides valuation support for compensation in compulsory acquisitions on behalf of the Valuer General.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop skills to become a qualified Valuer. Upon completion of the graduate program, you may be eligible for Associate membership with the Australian Property Institute.
Key ResponsibilitiesValuation Support: The successful candidate will provide valuation support for compensation in compulsory acquisitions on behalf of the Valuer General.
Land Valuations: The team values every parcel of land in NSW, ensuring accurate and timely valuations.
Graduate Development: As a Graduate Valuer, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
