We are seeking a skilled individual to lead the integration, transformation and visualisation of workforce and safety data from multiple systems.

The role requires transforming workforce and safety data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making across employee safety, recruitment, learning compliance, reward & performance, and workforce analytics.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with system owners, automating ETL processes, designing and delivering visually stunning dashboards, implementing robust data access controls and innovating using Power BI.

The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and data modelling, strong understanding of star schema design principles for analytics, and proven experience automating ETL processes using CSV files or other flat-file formats within Power BI.

Additional requirements include expertise in implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security (OLS) in Power BI, ability to troubleshoot and optimise large datasets for performance, analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills and familiarity or experience with the Microsoft power platform.
