Chief Data Strategist

We seek a seasoned Chief Data Strategist to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge data architectures for our digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud-based data platforms leveraging technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, and Databricks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data modeling standards, governance policies, and data quality frameworks.
  • Guide development teams on best practices for scalable ETL/ELT data ingestion and transformation using modern tools like AWS Glue, Kafka, DBT, and Spark.
Leadership & Governance
  • Provide architectural oversight on data projects ensuring alignment with AI/ML initiatives.
  • Consult on the selection and integration of data tools, APIs, storage solutions, and metadata management.
  • Support pre-sales and proposal development for large-scale data transformation projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in data architecture, with hands-on experience in cloud-based data platforms, preferably AWS.
  • Expertise in data modeling, warehousing, and real-time/streaming architectures.
