Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced property professional to join our team in Canberra, AU. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our property, including customer service, reporting, budgeting, planning, marketing, and owner relations.

About the Role:

  • Manage the daily operations of the property, ensuring superior customer service and adherence to established performance standards.
  • Develop and maintain constructive relationships with stakeholders, including investors, owners corporation, body corporate management, and residents.
  • Take ownership of problems and ensure they are resolved efficiently.
  • Manage financial performance, maintain high levels of cleanliness and presentation, and proactively maintain the building's fit-out and equipment.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive work culture within the organization and build a high-performing team.
  • Embrace continuous improvement and encourage staff towards excellence in their workplace.

Requirements:

  • Covid-19 full vaccination or exemption as per State & industry legislation.
  • Experience in student accommodation (desirable) and knowledge of the university environment.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, ability to problem-solve, and manage conflict.
  • National Police Check & Working with Children's check (required).
