About the Role:

The State Library seeks a seasoned professional to lead its design and delivery team. As Manager, Design And Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the library's visual identity and overseeing project implementation.

  • Deliver high-quality design advice to internal stakeholders.
  • Lead the development and delivery of projects under a program of works.
  • Oversee day-to-day work, ensuring key service objectives are met and organisational priorities are achieved.
  • Work with project partners to engage and manage external advisors and contractors.
  • Provide strategic guidance on project reporting, ensuring project milestones are reached.
  • Develop project briefs and establish relationships with government and non-government stakeholders.
  • Enhance the cultural capability of the team by activating the State Library's First Nations Strategy.
