Overview

We are partnering with a Tier 1 Australian contractor who is expanding into Queensland and delivering one of the most exciting projects on the Gold Coast – a mixed-use residential tower, set to be among the tallest towers in the city. This landmark project marks a new chapter for a leading national builder and offers the opportunity to shape its design and delivery legacy in Queensland.

As Design Director, you will provide strategic leadership, overseeing design outcomes, guiding consultants, and ensuring alignment with client objectives, project vision, and commercial success.

Responsibilities
  • Play a pivotal role in a city-shaping project.
  • Join a contractor with bold growth ambitions and international backing.
  • Lead the design delivery of one of the QLD's most iconic towers.
About You
  • Proven track record in large-scale projects, ideally residential and mixed-use projects.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance design excellence with delivery efficiency in complex, high-profile environments.
  • Experience in a tier 1 or 2 environment.
