As Design Director, you will provide strategic leadership, overseeing design outcomes, guiding consultants, and ensuring alignment with client objectives, project vision, and commercial success.
Responsibilities Play a pivotal role in a city-shaping project.
Join a contractor with bold growth ambitions and international backing.
Lead the design delivery of one of the QLD's most iconic towers.
About You Proven track record in large-scale projects, ideally residential and mixed-use projects.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance design excellence with delivery efficiency in complex, high-profile environments.
Experience in a tier 1 or 2 environment.
