Our Telecommunications team collaborates to implement projects for our clients and address their telephony requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency across various technologies, with a focus on Zoom Phone, Teams Calling, or Mitel. This position offers the chance to execute projects for new telecommunications systems, support existing setups, and partner with our account managers to identify new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will engage in a variety of tasks, including:

  • Developing technical project plans
  • Configuring and deploying diverse telecommunications systems (Zoom Phone, Microsoft Teams Calling, MiVoice Business, MiVoice Connect)
  • Setting up AudioCodes SBCs for advanced call management
  • Troubleshooting a wide array of unified communications challenges
  • Applying advanced troubleshooting techniques for UC technologies such as Zoom Phone, Teams Calling, and AudioCodes SBCs
  • Collaborating with Technical Account Managers to define telecommunications project scopes
  • Mentoring and training junior team members
  • Staying updated on emerging telecommunications technologies

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess most of the following qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a telecommunications engineer
  • Proven expertise in managing and maintaining telecommunications environments, particularly with Zoom Phone, Microsoft Teams Calling, or Mitel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with virtualization platforms, preferably Hyper-V
  • Willingness to assist the team with escalations and training as needed
  • Familiarity with network switching, routing, and firewall management is highly desirable
