Job Description:

The Rostering / Administration Officer is responsible for managing rostering requirements, performing administrative duties, providing customer service, and maintaining rostering processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support at a healthcare facility.
  • Offer reception and customer service in accordance with established procedures.
  • Ensure rostering processes comply with relevant legislation and standards.
  • Perform a range of office procedures as required.
  • Participate in on-call duties as required.
Requirements:
  1. Administration or relevant industry experience.
  2. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Computer literacy with accurate word processing and data entry skills.
  4. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  5. Proven administration skills and experience with office procedures.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  8. Ability to undertake research and report effectively.
