Rostering Trainer

We are seeking a skilled Training Officer to join our team. As a key member of our rostering and information office, you will be responsible for facilitating the training of staff members on utilizing the rostering software provided by Hospitals North.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to be involved in and committed to training in rostering and roster software utilization. They will possess high-level communication skills and comprehensive knowledge of Acts, Legislation, and policies as they relate to Rostering.

• A relevant qualification in training and assessment is desirable.
• A current Driver's Licence is also highly regarded.

The successful applicant will work collaboratively with the Team Leader - Rostering and Information Office to facilitate, support, and supply the training of staff members.
