Job Summary

The Rostering and Administration Role involves managing rostering requirements, performing administrative duties, providing customer service, and maintaining rostering processes and systems.

This position requires strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team by performing a range of office procedures and ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Offer reception and customer service in accordance with established procedures, resolving queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and standards, ensuring rostering processes comply with these regulations.
Requirements:
  • A degree in administration or a related field, or relevant industry experience.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with ability to learn new software applications as required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
