Job Summary:

  • This role involves reviewing product information against regulatory documentation to ensure compliance for Amazon listings.
  • Key responsibilities include classifying products and addressing deviations from SOPs in collaboration with a manager and experts, prioritizing tasks using reports to meet quality, productivity, and service targets.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, problem-solving abilities with logical and creative approaches, proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables, etc.), Basic SQL knowledge for data queries, and experience with CRM tools.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related applications is necessary.
  • Candidates must have Thai B1+ (or equivalent) proficiency in verbal and written communication and English B2+ (or equivalent) proficiency in verbal and written communication.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations is preferred.
  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance management, including working with government agencies, is an advantage.
  • Applicants with 2+ years of experience in Business Process Outsourcing across domains such as accounting, regulatory compliance, payment processing, IT services, human resources, or quality assurance are encouraged to apply.
