Job Description

We are seeking a Contracts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client contracts within the region and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with colleagues and partners, as well as proven experience in building long-term, strategic working relationships with Defence partners.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and knowledge of Defence operations, a strong understanding of helicopter SAR/AME operations within Defence, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client contracts within the region.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure day-to-day operations are optimized for Defence.
  • Act as problem solver for operational issues and communicate regularly with clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Extensive experience and knowledge of Defence operations.
  • A strong understanding of helicopter SAR/AME operations within Defence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with colleagues and partners.
  • Proven experience in building long-term, strategic working relationships with Defence partners.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
