Helicopter Aircrew Contract Specialist

Key Duties:
- Ensure compliance with legislation and procurement policies by managing contracts effectively.
- Provide advice, direction, and services to support contract management outcomes, including commercial, legal, financial investigation, and other requirements.
- Negotiate with clients and stakeholders to resolve complex contract management issues.
- Maintain productive relationships with staff and team members through active participation in teamwork and group activities.
- Identify and recommend mitigation strategies for contract management risks, supplier performance, and compliance with mandatory requirements.
- Promote attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Foster effective working relationships with customers and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
About the Role:
The Defence organisation is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join the Helicopter Aircrew Training System (HATS) Product Support Unit (PSU).
This small team efficiently and effectively manages support for the HATS capability for both Navy and Army. As a member of this team, you will be working in an interesting and rewarding environment.
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong customer relationship management skills, ability to manage priorities and needs of customers, flexibility, agility, and adaptability, as well as good computer literacy.
