Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with key stakeholders across the business to understand customer, marketing, digital, and product strategy requirements.
  • Deliver timely and accurate ad-hoc data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives.
  • Present results to senior stakeholders, gaining strategic business buy-in to ensure recommendations are implemented.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience working in complex consumer data environments, managing and manipulating large SQL datasets.
  • Technical skills using SQL, Python, or R to extract, manipulate, and merge data.
  • Ability to extract key insights from large volumes of data to drive strategy.
  • Understanding of statistics and probability (significance testing, T-tests, P-values).
  • Data visualization skills in Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Actuarial degree.
