About the Role

The Petspiration Group Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to lead our Retail Store Teams within the North West region of Victoria. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide the team to achieve sales and KPIs, while delivering world-class customer service

  • Regularly visit stores within the region to provide feedback and direction to the team

  • Ensure successful, timely, and accurate execution of key department initiatives

  • Drive performance of Pet Services within the store group

  • Actively work with Store Managers to promote induction and relevant training opportunities for their team

  • Support Store Managers with stock and margin management, as well as stocktake, ensuring completion as directed by the Loss & Risk team

  • Coach and mentor team members to provide development and succession opportunities

  • Own and champion Team Engagement within the store group, working with Store Managers to identify and implement focus areas and actions at group and store level

  • Support the store team in recruiting and onboarding new team members

  • Provide monthly reporting and new store business cases as required

  • Analyze in detail any opposition's stock mix, by product, volume, supplier, and presentation to assist the Merchandise team in determining the appropriate stock mix and volume

  • Actively follow, coach, and champion WH&S guidelines and processes

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in managing a diverse multi-site retail team

  • Demonstrated ability to drive multi-site sales, profitability, and compliance

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills
