**Job Summary:**

A key member of our team will lead direct real estate transactions and asset management in Australia. This role encompasses all stages of the transaction life cycle, from sourcing acquisitions to closing deals.

About the Role:

  • Manage a team of professionals involved in direct real estate transactions and asset management
  • Lead the full transaction life cycle, including sourcing acquisitions, underwriting, evaluating, negotiating agreements, and coordinating due diligence
  • Execute capital market activities related to financing assets in accordance with terms required by portfolio managers
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers on property dispositions in line with guidance
