Job Summary

Salt Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide high-level administrative support to our clients, including diary management, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary management: maintain executives' appointment schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and other events.
  • Provide administrative support to 4 executives, including maintaining complex calendars, coordinating with executives, partners, and other team members.
  • Manage executives' calendars, travel bookings, expenses, and other administrative tasks.
  • Work within the centralized Executive Operations team to provide coverage for other executives as needed, take on team-based projects, and provide inputs and suggestions to enhance the team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role; preferably with both small and large-scale technology companies.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing priorities and schedules.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, including Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides.
