We are seeking an experienced Employee Services Officer to join our team. As the central point of contact for HR enquiries, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer-focused service with emphasis on recruitment and selection, onboarding, maintenance of HRIS system, establishment functions, and all transactions relating to an employee lifecycle from onboarding to separation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality workforce service with emphasis on recruitment and selection, onboarding, maintenance of HRIS system, establishment functions, and all transactions relating to an employee lifecycle from onboarding to separation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant human resources legislation, policy and awards; act as the central point of contact for HR enquiries.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience of human resources/personnel principles, interpretation of industrial awards and relevant legislative requirements.
  • Excellent organisation and administrative skills, ability to prioritise workload, autonomy and initiative to ensure quality outcomes within KPIs.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to manage a large volume of enquiries and build/maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

About the Role:

This is a Temporary Full Time role until 30 June 2026 (with possibility of ongoing employment). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model (based at Macquarie Hospital) and enjoy a salary package that includes $1,458.95 - $1,492.04 per week and 38 hours per week.
