Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

Job Description

The financial operations coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business streams. This involves providing efficient operational support to all areas relating to account payable and account receivables.

This role is responsible for daily reconciliations, resolving issues within agreed timeframes for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts. The coordinator must also ensure that bank deposits are allocated accurately and within the agreed timeframe.

Key responsibilities include performing accounts payable duties, including data entry and processing EFT payments, ensuring payments are authorised in accordance with delegation authority, maintaining the integrity of master vendor/supplier database, and experience in treasury back office settlements.

The ideal candidate will have intermediate accounting knowledge, experience in high-volume processing, business process improvement, and ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
