Financial Operations Coordinator

The Financial Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in the efficient management of our financial processes. This position is responsible for ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:- Accounts Management: Process invoices, manage debt collection, create and send invoices, and ensure timely payment.
- Financial Reconciliations: Ensure accurate matching of financial records, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
- Expense Management: Process expense claims, maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Special Projects: Assist with special projects as required, contributing to business growth and development.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a governmental setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and SAP, with ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
