Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator
">Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing trust accounts for a portfolio of real estate agencies.
- Manage trust accounts by ensuring accurate records and timely transactions
- Perform end-of-month and mid-month processes including bank reconciliations and speed sheets
- Prepare financial statements and reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance
- Assist with annual audit preparation and produce profit & loss statements
Key Responsibilities:
- Previous experience in trust accounting is required
- Strong understanding of trust accounting fundamentals and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
