Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Financial Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the financial department, responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing weekly payment runs and process Accounts Payable transactions with precision.
  • Reconciling bank and credit card statements to maintain accuracy and transparency.
  • Managing aged debtors reports and following up on outstanding payments and invoices in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining and updating the Fixed Asset Register to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Developing customized sales reports for Territory Managers and the Sales Manager, as well as generating reports and customer data for review meetings.
