Housekeeping Role Opportunity

The position of Housekeeper/Cleaner is an exciting chance to be part of a dynamic team at Tawonga Tourist Park in Victoria's stunning Alpine region.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through effective coordination of cleaning and presentation duties of park accommodation and amenities. This includes maintaining high standards of work, representing the company brand in all interactions, and working collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of cabins, amenities, and common areas
  • Work effectively independently and as part of a team to achieve high standards
Requirements

We are seeking a skilled individual who is highly focused on customer satisfaction and passionate about providing a clean and welcoming environment. You will have proven experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and be available to work a flexible roster including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

Please note that this position requires a current Australian Police Check, Working with Children's Check, and First Aid Level 2 certification.
