Job Title: Guest Services Team Member VIC, Tawonga Tourist Park

Job Description:

The role involves delivering a positive guest experience through the coordination of cleaning presentation and duties of park accommodation and amenities. This includes maintaining a high standard of work to represent our company brand in all work and guest interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on customer service and cleaning.
  • Experience in accommodation cleaning and services with a strong understanding of stock control for linen and consumables.
  • Well-developed communication, organisation, administration, and management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work a casual flexible roster including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
